Handyperson (Coleraine)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to support our valued public sector client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repair work across the site.
• Conducting inspections and reporting any issues that require escalation.
• Performing basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
• Assisting with setting up and moving equipment as required.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a public sector or facilities management setting.
• Practical knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential).
