Are you looking for a Gas Plumber role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company?

VANRATH are recruiting a Gas Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Remuneration:
£29,259 + van / fuel card / package

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies
  • Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service
  • Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times


The Ideal Person:

  • Domestic Gas ACS Elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, CMDDA1
  • NVQ/City and Guilds Craft Certificate and Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Heating
  • Must be fully Gas Safe Compliant Qualified
  • Preferably served a Plumbing apprenticeship
  • Experience in Repair and Service in domestic properties is preferable
  • Valid CSR card
  • Professional, proficient, and proactive in approach
  • Capable working using own initiative but also happy to work as part of a team
  • Able to work calmly under pressure, polite manner
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues and plan accordingly
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Works efficiently and accurately
  • Organised, Enthusiastic and Motivated
  • Flexible in approach
  • Presentable and professional at all times
