Job Opportunity: Fundraising & Engagement Officer - Corporates & Grants

Location: Newtownards
Contract: Initial interim contract with view to extend

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and proactive individual to join a dedicated team as a Fundraising & Engagement Officer. This role focuses on corporate fundraising and grants, helping to drive vital income streams while fostering strong partnerships with supporters and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of corporate fundraising strategies.
  • Supporting corporate partners in planning and executing fundraising events.
  • Managing relationships with current and new supporters, maximising engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitoring and identifying new grant opportunities, assisting with submissions and tenders.
  • Ensuring all fundraising activities comply with industry standards and data regulations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in delivering corporate fundraising activities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for fundraising.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in the voluntary sector.
  • Fundraising qualification.


Salary: £25,865 to £27,847 per annum (based on 35 hours per week).
