Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + Stock Options

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team dedicated to creating cutting-edge products for social good. You will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from design to rollout, working on projects that have a tangible positive impact on communities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve development processes.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions, considering scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production incidents.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in React and Java is preferred, but candidates with a strong development background in other technologies will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate through a development lifecycle process.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
