Location: Belfast
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 + Company vehicle

Our client is a leading security solutions provider, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm and CCTV systems for commercial and industrial properties. Our commitment to safety and security has made us a trusted partner for clients across various industries. We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm and CCTV Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install fire alarm systems and CCTV cameras in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of existing fire alarm and CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm and CCTV systems, providing efficient solutions to technical issues.
  • Commissioning: Commission newly installed systems, ensuring all components are correctly set up and operational.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication with clients and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, services, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm and CCTV systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire alarm and CCTV system components, wiring, and configuration.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
