The Accountant will be responsible for the management of the corporate financial accounting function and ensuring the provision of effective and efficient financial accounts preparation for the organisation. About you
- Qualified Accountant
- Public sector experience (desirable)
- Strong financial accounting experience, financial accounting experience
- Proven ability to influence, interact and consult with senior leaders
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel
What you'll do
- Experience in preparing financial statements
- Reconcile and review of all control account balances
- Compile year end financial accounts from trial balance
- Maintenance and development of all financial systems
- Experience in preparing financial statements
- Ad hoc support to wider finance team
