Financial Controller (Exclusive)
VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative scaling business based in Country Antrim to recruit a commercially astute hands on Financial Controller. Reporting to the CEO the Financial Controller will manage the day to day financial operations, providing strategic guidance and robust financial reporting.

The Role:
- Management Accounts: Preparation of management accounts and month end close for the group
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow forecasting
- Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulations.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendation.
- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop robust and detailed financial reporting for presentation to the SMT
- About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience as a broad hands on Financial Controller is essential
- Proven experience of effective planning and organisation skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of providing financial information at senior level
