What you will do

As an a Transactional Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the team of 10+.

  • Oversee global transactional processes and manage the team responsible for their execution.
  • Propose and implement structural changes within the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Regularly review work flows, identify areas for improvement, and drive necessary process changes.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs to align with overall objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a reporting system that holds each office accountable for billing quality, while collaborating with local teams to foster continuous improvements.
  • Assess individual team member's skills and allocate workloads effectively to maximise efficiency and output.
  • Encourage team members to embrace new responsibilities and provide support for their professional development.
  • Ensure a clear development and succession plan is in place for the team.
  • Lead and champion change initiatives within the team.


About you

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous management experience with proven team lead success
  • 3-5 years Finance experience
  • Previous professional service background
