VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with a market leader for the appointment of a commercially astute Finance Manager. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the Finance Manager will act as a true Business Partner across the finance team and wider Group.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong experience in Financial systems and Excel, including strong modelling experience.
- Ability to make effective decisions within fast-paced, complex projects of differing size and priority and delivering to tight deadlines.
What you'll do
- Manage and facilitate the annual budgeting and interim forecasting process for the Services and Products business division.
- Work with the wider Finance and IT teams to ensure the integration of data from other systems, e.g. Workday and Microsoft Dynamics is maintained and accurate.
- Oversee the monthly compilation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop new calculations and processes for reporting KPIs as requested.
- Lead the preparation and compilation of financial data and insights for the Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on understanding.
- Maintain and own the commercial review models, ensuring they remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee the calculation of standard costing for the business, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Support the compilation of data for the interim and year end external reporting cycles.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support as needed, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
