At least 2 years experience of a finance function within a similar role
- Experience in reconciliation and analysis work
- Experience in posting transactions and processing of supplier invoices
- Knowledge and experience of internal control systems
Responsibilities
- Import of supplier invoices from approval system to payment system
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing the weekly supplier payment run
- Monthly split and posting of recurring invoices
- Maintenance of monthly mileage spreadsheet and invoicing for mobility
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and asset tagging
- Review of petty cash transactions & reconciliations
- Assist in year-end accounts preparation and audit queries
- Reconciliation of balance sheet nominal accounts
- Maintenance of petty cash accounts and transaction posting
- Maintenance of credit card accounts, analysis and transaction posting
