VANRATH is delighted to be assisting an award-winning support services company company in the recruitment of a Facilities Manager for their Lurgan site. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the role holder will lead, support and guide their team in the on-going operation and development of support services to ensure exceptional service levels are provided to our clients and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team provides a first-class service to our clients and the community.
- Regularly review performance standards, which deliver client and customer expectations.
- Working in partnership with the Senior Operations Manager, ensure that regular formal and informal meetings are conducted with our clients.
- Regularly review client satisfaction levels and act as appropriate.
- Support Senior Operations Manager in achieving financial targets.
- Support the Senior Operations Manager with developing and implementing business plans.
The Ideal Person:
- Demonstrable track record (at least 2 years) experience in the same or similar role.
- Strong client focus in delivering and improving services.
Skills and Abilities
- Communication and interpersonal.
- Persuasive, enthusiastic and tenacious.
- Attention to detail.
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Working as part of a team.
- Developing and sustaining effective working relationships.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
Remuneration:
- £35,000 per annum
- Excellent overall benefits package
