A leading Public Sector employer in Belfast requires the support of an ERP Implementation Specialist. Do you have a finance background, with the experience of designing and implementing workflow processes?

VANRATH are exclusively supporting a large-scale Public Sector employer in Belfast, who are currently going through a significant ERP implementation. There are several long term contracts available to assist during this period of change - if you have previous experience in ERP Implementation, Workflow Design or Change Management, this could be the ideal role for you.

The Systems Accountant will lead the system design and implementation through all key phases of the programme for the relevant function. It will be your responsibility to act as a link between business areas, external stakeholders, system integration partner and the programme team to ensure successful design, development and implementation of the cloud solution.

About you

  • Experience of having a lead role in successfully delivering challenging, complex projects/system implementations
  • Ability to source, analyse and present complex information
  • Strong understanding of working on relevant systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Oracle experience desirable
  • Experience of implementing processes

What you'll do

  • Own and lead the design and implementation of the relevant processes, from both a system and wider business perspective
  • Develop, monitor and implement project and implementation plans
  • Plan and map new ways of working for relevant service areas across the organisation
  • Lead a process area team
  • Undertake analysis on current services and processes to map potential improvements aligned to system functionality
