(Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm) - Occasional Weekend Shifts - Saturday 9.00am - 3.30pm and Sunday 1.00pm - 5.00pm - Office is based in Warrenpoint - Permanent role

Salary

Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding customer service and customer care.

· Support the ordering process, with the use of customer service software, whereby the current production plan will be generated and communicated to all internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.

· Have a good working knowledge of the customer service software.

· Be able to address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

· Build lasting relationships and find best solutions for our customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

· Have a good working knowledge of relevant products and services.

· Be able to confidently sell and upsell products when the opportunity presents.

· Be able to multitask and work under pressure to deadlines.

· Liaise effectively with other departments relative to orders received, production scheduling, invoicing, quality control, and order delivery.
