VANRATH is pleased to support the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland. Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

  • Maintain and update service records, manage schedules, and issue timely appointment reminders.

  • Arrange and confirm PSV bookings for customers efficiently.

  • Generate job cards for workshop operations and monitor work progress.

  • Process completed job cards, assist with invoicing, and close out service requests.

  • Make outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships and promote service offerings.

  • Prepare quotes for service agreements and encourage contract uptake.

  • Work closely with workshop management to plan workload effectively and enhance productivity.

  • Inform customers about additional required work, providing accurate cost estimates and securing necessary approvals.

  • Clearly explain completed repairs or services and arrange for vehicle collection or delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within the automotive, transport, or related industry.

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

  • A full and valid UK driving licence.
