About you
* Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
* Ability to work independently and within a team

What you'll do
As a Credit Controller, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely payments
* Chase overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter
* Resolve customer queries and disputes in a professional manner
* Process payments and allocate cash to accounts
* Prepare and maintain aged debtor reports
* Support the finance team with month-end processes
* Work with the wider team to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts
