What you'll do
- Support day-to-day credit operations
- Maintain and update sales ledger
- Take payments, run direct debits
- Resolve customer queries
- Cover multiple jurisdictions
- Assess and manage the credit of clients, setting appropriate credit limits and terms
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Negotiate payment plans with clients
- Maintaining positive customer relationships
- Produce reports
About you
- Excellent customer service and professionalism
- strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work both in a team and on own initiative
