  • 3/4 years Paralegal experience
  • Direct contract or commercial experience
  • Great attention to detail

What you'll do

  • Draft and review legal documents including but not limited to confidential agreements, supplier agreements and statements of work.
  • Provide guidance on legal and commercial risks to multiple internal departments.
  • Understanding standard contractual terms and conditions.
