VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a Community & Housing Officer to support tenancy management and housing initiatives for a key organisation in Belfast. This role is ideal for an experienced housing professional with a passion for supporting individuals transitioning from homelessness.

The Role

The successful candidate will:
✅ Manage and sustain tenancies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
✅ Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, supporting them in maintaining their tenancies.
✅ Build strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders to expand housing opportunities.
✅ Oversee property maintenance, coordinating repairs and inspections.
✅ Handle tenancy agreements, deposit management, and rent collection.

The Ideal Candidate

🔹 Experience in a housing-related role (private or social housing).
🔹 Strong knowledge of tenancy regulations in Northern Ireland.
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and partner agencies.
