Permanent position - Monday - Friday (Friday Work From Home)
Role is based in Glengormley/ Newtownabbey
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 Base (Negotiable Salary) + Fantastic Benefits Package
Job Purpose
- Lead and motivate operational and sales teams to deliver exceptional performance by setting clear objectives and targets, monitoring, and reviewing progress and supporting them in the delivery of their targets.
- Working to maximize efficiencies and operations in line with Key Performance and budget expectations.
- Lead the ongoing development of the business, through developing recruitment and attraction strategies in line with business needs
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support delivery of client projects/requirements
- Create and present client presentations/bids/RFI's and proposals
- Prepare and implement plans for new projects in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the business meets its objectives
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and playing an integral role in the retention and development of existing and new business
- Ensure compliance & contractual requirements are met (both internal and external), identify and highlight any gaps/risks and put appropriate measures in place to eliminate the same
- Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters
The Ideal Person:
- 5-7 years experience at management level within manpower or contracting environment
- Tendering and Contract Negotiation experience is essential for this role.
- Large scale proects across Ireland & Europe are highly sought after.
- Excellent people management skills - driving accountability and delivering results through people Managing people and performance.
- Demonstrable experience of customer relationship management
- Problem solving and decision-making ability, continual improvement mindset, with experience of driving efficiency, savings, and growth.
- Good financial and business acumen with experience of managing budgets.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills to include contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence & resilience
- Results orientated and target driven
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Have good organizational and administrative skills
- Experience of implementing compliance that aligns with industry regulations and standards
