What you'll do

To supervise and maintain the operation of particular Curriculum practical areas (campus Canteen, Training Restaurant, associated Training Kitchens, classrooms).

To supervise Band 2 and Band 3 Support staff within these areas.

To provide expert support and assistance to Lecturing staff and students using these areas.

To oversee all technical, operational and supply requirements associated with these areas.

To ensure required levels of catering delivery for college staff, students and other users associated with these areas by Curriculum during set operating hours.

To support and collaborate effectively with the Curriculum Manager in the day-to-day fulfilment of catering and associated teaching delivery across the campus, ensuring optimum levels of customer service.

About you
Essential:

Applicants must have GCSE Maths grade A - C or equivalent.
Proven ability to demonstrate the effective use of resources.
Proven ability to maintain safe working practices whilst complying with Health & Safety & Hygiene Regulations
Ability to work and communicate effectively both orally to stakeholders.
Ability to be enthuse and motivate self.
Proven experience of the operation and cleaning of machinery, hand tools and / or equipment.
