VANRATH are recruiting a Building Surveyor to work for a leading construction consultancy working on major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

Our client is a leading construction consultancy working on high quality projects across the UK and Ireland.
The Ideal Person:
- 2+ years' Building Surveyor experience
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- P402 asbestos qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Overview of Role:
- Conducting asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Detailed building inspections
- Report handling
- Defect diagnosis and remediation
