Key Responsibilities

  • Providing quality customer service to new and existing customers
  • Using troubleshooting abilities to help provide solutions
  • Work alongside other departments to support the organisation

Essential Criteria

  • German, French or Spanish as a second language
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient with outlook, word & excel
  • Ability to present date in reports
