Client
Our client is a specialist bespoke joinery manufacturer delivery quality projects in the hospitality and residential sectors

They have a great opportunity for a Bench Joiner to join them on a permanent basis.

The Ideal Person:

· Have prior experience in a joinery setting (ideally within manufacturing)
· Have the ability to work comfortably from manufacture drawings

Responsibilities:

· Perform high end joinery tasks paying particular attention to detail.
· Demonstrate a high level of bench joinery craft using multiple materials.
· Demonstrate a high level of competency in the use and care of key task tools and equipment to achieve an all-round superior quality standard.
· Demonstrate key technical knowledge in reading, understanding and working from manufacturing drawings.
· Demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and contribute towards continuous improvement techniques.
· Take instruction from the production manager and carry out the task in a professional and efficient manner.
· Maintain tools and equipment in a safe working order.
· Work within the internal quality system ensuring that a high standard of production is maintained through to finished product stage.
· Operate to health and safety policy and guidelines.
· Maintain good housekeeping and a safe work environment.
