Job Title: Workstream Lead - Data Manager (PAYE Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled Workstream Lead to join the our client, a well know public organisation on a PAYE contract basis. This hybrid role, based in Belfast, is perfect for someone with experience in stakeholder management, data, QA, Oracle EPM, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the workstream for critical projects, managing Oracle EPM tools for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to enhance operational performance.
• Oversee data management, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data objects, and managing how they interact within the Oracle EPM framework.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across various teams.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the highest standards in testing and project outputs.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Workstream Lead with strong skills in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), specialising in financial and operational performance management.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data objects and how they integrate with financial systems like Oracle EPM.
• Experience in quality assurance (QA) and maintaining high standards in project delivery.
• Solid background in project management, including experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
