My client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join the dynamic team on a 3-day workweek or flexible compressed hours basis, including term time holidays to accomdate the school holidays. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality audit services. You will play a vital role in managing audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

What you will do:

• Assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Prepare financial statements and audit reports to review standard.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.

What you will have:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
