What you will do:

  1. Accounts Supervision and Preparation:
    Oversee and prepare year-end accounts for Large and Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships.
  2. Tax Computations & Returns:
    Prepare associated tax computations and returns (tax experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
  3. Ad-Hoc Projects:
    Participate in special projects, such as client transactions, M&A, raising finance, and more.
  4. Mentoring & Training:
    Train and supervise junior team members, acting as a mentor and providing guidance and support.
  5. Workflow Management:
    Assist with managing and prioritising team workflow, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services.
  6. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service.


What you will have:

  • Qualifications: ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in an accountancy practice for Senior Accountant role, or 2 years for Assistant Manager role
  • Audit Experience: Prior experience in audit is advantageous
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar cloud-based accounting software
