Assistant Accountant
Are you an Assistant Accountant looking for a new challenge? A large manufacturing company in the Belfast area are searching for an Assistant Accountant. This role is suited to a Part- Qualified candidate or an individual that is qualified by experience candidate looking to transition to a dynamic industry role.

What you'll do
The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for;
- Assist with month end and year end
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Preparing VAT returns
- Assist with audits
- Preparation of data and report to senior stakeholders
About you
The Assistant Accountant should be
- Part Qualified Accountant, or Accounting Technician qualification
- Previous experience within a manufacturing finance function
- Strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills- V-lookups and Pivot Tables
