They are seeking a proactive and ambitious Audit Assistant Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the Audit Managers to ensure the effective delivery of audit services across a range of sectors. What you will do:
- Audit Service Delivery:
Work alongside Audit Managers to ensure the efficient delivery of a high-quality audit service. - Audit Planning:
Plan audits with a focus on risk assessment, staff deployment, and meeting deadlines efficiently. - Financial Statement Preparation & Review:
Prepare and review financial statements and ensure high-quality working papers. - Audit Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise the assigned audit team during the planning, fieldwork, and completion stages of audits. - Mentoring & Team Development:
Mentor junior audit team members, review their work, and support their professional growth.
What you will have:
- Qualifications: ACCA or ACA qualified
- Experience:
- Completed training contract with a focus on audit
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) for Senior Auditor, 2 years for Audit Assistant Manager role
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word
