They have a great opportunity for an Architect/Architectural Technician to join their established team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • An experienced Autodesk AutoCAD user with a Construction/Architectural/CAD third level qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an architectural environment on construction projects, with a proven track record of producing quality drawing work to tight deadlines
  • Conversant with 2D/3D draughting software using AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Can adhere to CAD Standards, Document Control, Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Work with the design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to our clients
  • Ability to produce accurate and well-presented drawings or documents in accordance with the design brief
  • Ability to understand and create Architectural details from general arrangement plans
  • Knowledge and experience of all common building materials and details
  • Ability to take ownership of their own projects and undertake coordination of works
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve the highest levels of excellence within the company
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective team player, organised and articulate
  • Good time management, reliable and show initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Possess attention to detail and desire to deliver high quality output
  • Ownership of the work done under your control
