Agri Sales Manager (Deputy)
Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding Agricultural-experienced individual to take on this agri-sales management role, this company manufacturers products that are sold into the agricultural sector.
This role is mainly office based (Ballymena), with some trips out of office to clients.

The Ideal Person
- Experience in agri-sales, construction sales or related
- Management experience
- New business generation experience
- Familiar with pricing, quotations and contract negotiations
Desired
- A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business or related
- Understanding of agriculture industry regulations and sustainability practices
Responsibilities
- Assist the Agri Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors.
- Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Support pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Train and mentor sales team members.
- Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence.
