Shifts are Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm) Friday (8.30am - 2.00pm). The office is based in Dunmurry, in office.

This will initially be a temporary contract of 3 months + (Highly likely to go permanent based on performance).

This role is offering an immediate start - Individuals who are immediately available will be preferred.

Salary

£23,000 + Fantastic Benefits package, and development opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Records and processes quote
• Keep company database up to date
• Actively log all information supplied - Data entry
• Proof checking and reviewing serial numbers
• Data input
• Schedule the works of individuals
• Full job spec available upon request
• Other duties assigned by your manager from time to time

• Admin experience is essential
• Great communication skills

• Good IT skills

• High attention levels to detail
