Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors with professionalism and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage calls with confidence, directing enquiries efficiently and taking clear messages.
  • Set up meeting rooms to create a polished and organised environment for important discussions.
  • Keep files and records in perfect order, maintaining both digital and physical systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and stress-free journeys for the team.
  • Support the office with essential administrative tasks, keeping operations running effortlessly.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional and approachable demeanour.
