VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a rapidly expanding & award winning Public Sector organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position with hybrid working.
Salary
£23,049 + fantastic benefits in a modern organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, carrying out defined tasks and projects as required.
- Dealing with general operations enquiries and referring to others as appropriate.
- Assist with the organisation and logistical arrangements for meetings to include room bookings and hospitality.
- Assist with the maintenance of central, specialised and other records and document management systems, including computerised and financial systems. On a day to day basis, ensure that documentation and other records are properly filed in a timely manner and readily retrievable.
- Update computerised records, data input, providing reports and performance statistics.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs and 6 months' experience in an office environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office systems.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good organisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
