VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client in Belfast City Centre, who are searching for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and record invoices the financial management system.
  • Post and reconcile receipts from various payment methods (cash, cheque, credit transfer, standing orders, card payments)
  • Manage and reconcile computerised ledgers
  • Administer and process payments via Direct Debit.
  • Analyse the Debtors Ledger and carry out credit control.
  • Record, monitor, and report on all income received.
  • Handle the administration of bursary applications.
  • Respond to financial queries as appropriate.
  • Compile and take bank lodgements.
  • Provide cover for general administrative duties, including responding to telephone and in-person inquiries during absences or holidays.



About you:

  • Recent experience in the finance sector
  • Willingness to learn
