Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be a vital part of the Accounts Payable team, responsible for:
- Processing and matching invoices for payment
- Posting journals and maintaining ledgers
- Reconciling transactions
- Conducting account analysis
- Ensuring timely payments
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Building strong vendor relationships and handling inquiries
- Preparing monthly reports for senior management
- Assisting with month-end processes
About You:
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, including multi-currency exposure
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in various systems
- Advanced Excel skills
