What you'll do
The Accounts Payable Specialist will join a growing and progressive team and will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
- Manage multiple entities, process reconciliations
- Point of contact for client or vendor queries
- Resolving queries promptly and accurately
- Process payments including inter-company transactions
- Assist with month-end close
- Conducting statement reconciliations
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
About you
- At least 1 year experience in an accounts payable role or accounts assistant role
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- A collaborative team player
