What you'll do
- Manage a team of AP specialists, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
- Oversee the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to supplier payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Lead improvements in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process through technology and automation.
- Resolve supplier queries and foster strong relationships with external partners.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities.
About you
- An experienced Accounts Payable leader with at least 3 years of experience
- Skilled in handling complex Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within large multinational companies
- Strong expertise in improving systems and processes, with solid knowledge of ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle
- A confident communicator, adept at building relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proactive and adaptable approach
