VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with a leading NI employer who are searching for a Purchase ledger clerk to join their Accounts Payable team on a Permanent basis.

What you'll do

  • Process purchase invoices and manage supplier accounts
  • Prepare payments for payment runs
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and process orders
  • Generate reports and ensure compliance with policies and standards

About you

  • Strong experience with purchase ledger and Accounts Payable
  • At least 2 years Accounts experience
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
