Are you looking for a new Part Time role?

VANRATH are working with a growing business based in the Moy area, looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of office management.

What you'll get

  • £19K - £24K (Prorata)
  • 24 hrs per week
  • 8:30am - 5pm
  • Bonus

What you'll do

  • Assist in the production of quarterly Management Accounts and other financial reports.
  • Manage and reconcile Sales/Purchase Ledgers, including processing monthly statements and resolving queries.
  • Handle client and supplier communications regarding payments.
  • Oversee supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and currency exchanges (Euro).
  • Process PAYE, pension submissions, HMRC VAT returns, and payroll-related journals (accruals, prepayments, expense claims).
  • Assist with weekly KPI reporting and fixed asset management.
  • Manage daily office operations (inventory, post, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, catering).
  • Support office contract negotiations (e.g., rent, internet, insurance).
  • Assist with additional business tasks as required.

About you

  • At least 3 years' with Accounts
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with SAGE
  • Excellent communication skills
