VANRATH are delighted to be working with a successful employer in Dundalk in their recruitment of an Accounts Manager. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and can offer the chance for an immediate.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Accounts Manager will assume responsibility for ensuring all financial transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Manager will manage both purchase & sales, general ledger postings and payroll, along with having responsibility for processing and submitting all VAT returns.
About you
- Qualified Accounts Technician/Part-Qualified Accountant
- Strong experience with accounting and payroll software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience of ROI VAT legislation
- Available at short notice
What you'll do
- Processing all payments, invoices, receipts
- Managing supplier relationships
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare, process and submit VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
