VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client in Mallusk to find an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cashbook entries
- Preparing and processing lodgements
- Analysing credit card transactions and posting to the ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing sales and purchase ledger tasks
- Posting petty cash transactions
- Performing various ad hoc duties as required
About you:
- 2 years' experience within a similar role
- Good knowledge of a range of accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Professional and courteous in interactions with others
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
