What you'll do
- Process payments, invoices, receipts, purchase orders into the accounting software
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Handle accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Customs & Excise, Legal, Fiscal, and best practices
- Process monthly payroll
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Follow up with clients for timely payments
About you
- At least 3 year's experience with Accounting Technician or experienced Bookkeeper
- Experience with SAGE
- Professional manner with excellent time management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
