Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing purchase order administration and processing invoices to the ERP system
- Document management of invoices and statements
- Costing invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Efficiently resolving queries and communicating with suppliers
- Reconciling company accounts
- Assisting with management accounts
- Providing cover for payroll duties

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts, preferably as a finance officer, Accounting Technician, or Accounts Assistant
Advanced Excel skills
IATI qualified or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
