Client

VANRATH are working with a local family run business who are searching for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team. The Sales Ledger will be responsible for allocating incoming payments, debt collection, processing credit card payments and general accounts administration.

About you

If you've previous experience of working as a Sales Ledger and have:

  • Strong Accounts Admin experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work at high level of accuracy
  • Strong teamworking ability

What you'll do

As a Sales Ledger, you will be responsible for:

  • Allocating incoming payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Debt collection
  • Raising sales invoices and credit notes
  • General accounts administration
